crap.
prom is friday, and i decide today that i want my dress to be shorter. i'm already short (4'11") and the dress was down to my ankles, which made me look even smaller. at first i thought i looked fine with the original length, but my mom and i agreed that if the dress hit me right below my knee, it'd look better.
so we took it to the cleaners, they measured it, and then we asked them when it would be done. the lady said saturday, and my mom and i were like, "NOOOO we need it by friday! can we get it by noon on friday?" and the lady was all hesitant and was like, "...yeah".
we went to go prepay for the services, and when we got the receipt, it said that it would be ready by friday at 5pm, which is when the limo will be at my house! so my mom goes back in and told the cashier and the tailor that she said noon, not 5pm. and she was like, "oh the computer just prints out 5pm by default".
i really hope she isn't lying. i want to be in the limo. i don't want to be driven by my parents to prom. i'll miss all the fun in the limo.
Lord pleeeeeease, let my dress be done EARLY. *prays*
