that's alright. :] i use microsoft frontpage to design my website. it's a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor so you don't have to neccessarily know any html/css/javascript coding. however, you can hand code it if you want to.
if you have the microsoft office package (which includes powerpoint, word and frontpage), then you should have frontpage.
